This is an updated and larger version of my trim router flattening jig! This version is 24" wide and will flatten pieces up to 21" wide with your compact trim router. The new version comes with 2 additional risers to increase the depth of material that can be flattened, up to 2" with the included pieces, but the design allows you to use standard 1/4 -20 screws or bolts to increase the size to whatever you need. 
The piece slides on your table top and is perfect for flattening end grain cutting boards, small boards and slabs, and cleaning up epoxy overflow. Each kit comes with an acrylic base plate that fits the jog and allows you to see what you are flattening as you work. The baseplate is pre-drilled to accommodate most trim router screw patterns.

choose your options:

Universal baseplate 1: This is the original baseplate. Fits most Ryobi, makita, or Bosch trim routers and others

Universal Baseplate 2: Fits most Dewalt, Milwaukee, Ridgid, Makita, or Porter Cable and Bosch PR20EVS. 

No hole: This has the center hole and the corner holes and allows you to drill holes for your own machine. 

*YOU MAY NEED TO DRILL YOUR OWN HOLES IN BASE PLATE TO MATCH THE SCREW PATTERN ON YOUR ROUTER.

Note - you can apply wax, wood oil, or other finish to the rails to assist with sliding, but it is not necessary.
